The Venue

CYP has a large multi-purpose function area, which can host a wide variety of private and community events. The venue has its own toilets, a garden area and a bar, as well as being wheelchair accessible.

We host events that range from meetings and small workshops, all the way through to large functions such as parties, memorial services and relaxed weddings. If you're interested in discussing your options or finding out about our prices, please free to get in touch with us directly.

We offer a selection of in-house catering and buffet options to suit a variety of events. We have prepared examples of some of the options that we can offer, including a set of lunch buffet options and a Finger & Fork buffet selection. In addition, we cater for afternoon teas and sit down meals. 

For meetings, we can also provide the use of microphones, a projector/screen and a Meeting Owl conferencing device. 

We regularly work alongside other local organisations to deliver functions, including TLC Parties & Events (for decorations) and Andrew Anderson & Sons (for funeral services).
